Service product is a kind of CJ fulfillment service that allows you to ship your own products to our warehouse in the US, and China. Then, we will pack them and ship them for you. When you receive orders, you can directly place them to CJ and we will ship them from our warehouse while we only charge some service fees—processing fees. And here's how exactly it works for you: 1. Add new service product. 2. Enter product information. 3. Processing of your request. 4. Add tracking number. 5. Attach batch number. 6. Review in Product Inventory   First, you need to apply for a service product. Please follow the steps below:1. Go to My CJ > Products > Service Products > Products > Add new service product.   2. Leave a message or a product URL to CJ. Then, fill in the estimated weight and upload pictures for review. CJ will review and deal with it promptly. You can also check it in Reviewing.   3. There could be three kinds of status for your request. If it is being handled by CJ, it will show in Mine. The other two are Reviewing and Rejected. If CJ is unable to serve your request, then you can find it in Rejected. 4. Once it is in the hands of CJ, you need to choose a warehouse before entering a Tracking Number. As the buyer of the product and the contact person of the parcel, you're obliged to provide a tracking number from your shipping company. If you don't have the tracking number temporarily, you can fill in it later before your products arrive at our warehouse. Please make sure to choose the correct warehouse. 5. After providing all the information, a batch number will be automatically generated. Please print it out and paste it onto the parcel. It is very helpful for you and CJ when it comes to organizing inventory.  6. You can check your inventory on My CJ-My Inventory-Product Inventory once your products are stocked in our warehouses.    When you place orders on CJ, related fees will be deducted from your orders. Tracking information: Please go to My CJ > Dropshipping Center > Dropshipping orders - Processing/Dispatched > Tracking Number. You can track your parcel after entering the tracking number on CJ Packet Tracking. You can select existent products on CJ or post a sourcing request if you cannot find your desired product. Type 1: Existent products on CJ.   a. List CJ products to your stores and the orders will automatically be generated once you receive orders in your store. b. You can place dropshipping orders with our APP. Type 2: Post a sourcing request if you cannot find your desired product. a. Let us know your best sellers with the product URL and picture. Send the orders to us if you find the price acceptable. You can place dropshipping orders through our APP. You can also place CSV or EXCEL dropshipping orders.  c. This is an article carrying important information to introduce the function of CJ Ticket in CJDropshipping. When using CJdropshipping to connect your business, you may have doubts and questions on different aspects, then you have two ways to contact us. The first way is to click the Chat window at the bottom left corner to talk to an online agent, the other way is to submit a ticket to our CJ support. How to issue and reply to a ticket? There are 3 simple steps: 1. Find the Ticket in Support Center. 2. Fill in the necessary information 3. Check the replies and review our service   1.Find the "Ticket" in Support Center.   2. Click the "Submit Ticket" button > choose a type > fill in the necessary information > submit. Note: The ticket will be sent to CJ Support and will be handled within 1 working day. Please wait patiently if you submit your ticket after 6 pm (Beijing Time) or on the weekend because usually, they'll be off work.   3. You can review the replies by clicking "View Ticket". And rate the customer support service by clicking "Review".   Note: The information is needed to enhance efficient communication: 1. About products: SKU 2. About orders: Order numbers or tracking numbers 3. Errors in online operations: Screenshots or the URL of the interface 4. You can review the replies to your tickets by clicking "View Ticket". And you can also rate our customer support service by clicking "Review".   The difference between CJ ticket and CHAT: 1. Staff: If you click the "Chat" window, then you can start a conversation with an online agent whereas a ticket will be sent to CJ support. 2. Responding time: "Chat" provides 24-hour customer service, and even it's deep night, there's staff on the night shift to give you prompt responses. Regarding ticket, you're expected to get responses during weekdays, 9 am-6 pm (Beijing Time). Preorder inventory, AKA private inventory, will be a good choice if you want to shorten processing time and prevent products from the stock shortage. Once you have it, the stock is only available to you, and you can use this inventory to deduct product prices in your next order.  Here are the general steps. 1. My CJ > Purchase List > Add Purchase; 2. Search the products by Name or SKU; 3. Add to Cart; 4. Select the variant that you want to buy and increase the quantity > Add; 5. Preorder Inventory; 6. Select a Warehouse; 7. Submit your order and pay for it; 8. check the order status on Purchase List.   Here is a video.   1. My CJ > Purchase List > Add Purchase;   2. Search the products by Name or SKU;  Note: You can find the product on the homepage and copy the SKU.    3. Click the orange button Add to Cart once you found the product;   4. Select the variant that you want to buy and increase the quantity > Add;   5. Select the product variants that you are going to purchase; You can add the quantity or remove it > Preorder Inventory. Note:  Preorder Inventory: click here to buy a private inventory. The products will be stocked in the CJ warehouse and will not be shipped out.   Bulk purchase: click here to place a dropshipping order (send the product to you or your customer).   6. Select a Warehouse. Note: Please choose Shenzhen Warehouse if your products are electronic, liquid, and cosmetic items.     7. Submit your order and pay for it. Then, CJ will prepare your products and stock them in our warehouse.    8. You can check the order status on Purchase List once you placed your first order, and also view or download the invoice here.    Note: You can place bulk purchases if you want to ship your products to other places.
